Hi guys, asking on behalf of a friend. My friend drives a latio and ytd he accidentally lost his car keys. He's worried that someone knows his car and steal it hence he is thinking of changing the car lock. His car is a key less system of Nissan.

Advice? Thanks.

I don't know about Nissan, but I did change the whole ignition key system of my ex-Forester XT

from the AD and it cost me $ 800. It was a few years back.

Thanks guys for the replies. My friend decided to just change the driver's side lock and reprogram his intelligent key. He told me Tan Chong quoted him 150 (with labor) to change the lock as opposed to >1000 for the whole system. Now he just have to carry 2 keys with him haha.
