$55k, including all furnitures, fridge, TV, beds.... etc [:(]

 

Reno alone - $35k.. [smallcry]

It voice down to the size of your house and design factors. Very subjective and based on how much you willing to spend and do you have that money.

around 65K.

 

take down the whole kitchen and toilets and wall between two bed room.. then fixed it back.. with cabinets and warerob

 

plus accessorys and funiture.

mine's HDB Premium flat.. came with flooring, doors, toilet tiles and fittings.. the likes. not bare like standard flat.

 

4 room, 90sqm, about 65k for everything including furnishing. open concept. that was in 2010.

I kind of want this type of furnishing.....but I look at the price.....and since I'm saving up money to buy a property....

5rm flat - 1100sq ft

completed last month,

87K full renov from granite flooring to ceiling.

exclude furniture, TV sets, home appliances such fridge, oven, cooker, washing machines, etc...

mine around 55K

 

including reflooring minus living room all cupboards and rewiring of all electrical points.

 

run a few place to check, all about the same price.

mine's not branded one. gotten from sungei kadut and neighbourhood hdb furniture shops.

 

i also saved for years.
