Wait a few seconds, not gonna cost you much! On another note, horns should just be banned on cars, I don't see it as a safety device at all, it's akin to someone walking on the streets shouting/mouthing off at anything or anyone he sees. Ban horn??? Then if need to give warning to unknowing road-users, open window and shout,'Chia lai liao!'? Every thing has 2 sides but when it's use correctly then it'll be of benefits.
