Okie sorry didnt realise my friend typed the site in, anyway I am also not sure about what is the standard procedure for giving the sentence. But just that was shocked to see that killing someone is only 4 months jail term.. I had seen harsher thats all I have to say. Sorry for any unhappiness caused.

Only now that even even ambigious terms like failure to keep a proper look out (dont even need to be drink driving ) extends to a jail term.

and i dont fore see any changes to it unless there's something drastic to it.

Hmm, always find that sentencing varies a lot sometimes, be it theft or reckless/negligent driving.

 

Could be down to mitigating factors not reported in media or good lawyers.

 

But I do feel that (for those reported cases), young females tend to get lighter sentences.
