Good luck to $tarhub and $ingtel for such price!

People will still pay lah, just like World cup the last time. I know, I paid. [:p]

 

Lucky for me now, I just checked with my collegues, & I do not have to pay here in Germany. [:p]

 

But i may need to spend some money to get some banners & flags. Really look forward to it., I may get couple of tickets to watch a match also in Poland.

to be honest i m a crazy soccer fan... but i think this year euro 2012 i will give it a miss on the sign up.

when the product is NOT a commodity, competition does not benefit the consumer.

 

ST and SH went into previous bidding wars for BPL rights. that set the stage for WC and future rights to cost even more. sadly, while their intentions were purely business, the end-consumer is the loser. WORST of all, i doubt ST / SH makes much money from these deals, the money goes straight to UEFA/FIFA, with no benefit to our Government linked companies.

 

the biggest loser, in total, is Singapore.

at least the timezone fits EPL match kind of timings. finish around 2-3am just nice.
