means what? they pro-rate scholarship fees and take away the portion for last semester?

Ok, at least his scholarshup revoked.

 

It did say he is allowed to graduate, after serving 3 months of community service. So taxpayers still need to support him for that 3 months of community service? Like tat I also can do...eat free, lodging free, etc :angry:
