i heard in Japan, they dont even tell when is the day of execution.

any day they ask the prisoner go out, could be got visitor, could be some admin, could be the last day.

But if you read the news it is said that the murder weapon was not recovered.

For a murder trial this is a key evidence. His blood soaked stained clothes and weapon were said to be discarded at a friend's house rubbish chute. This I think could had led police to go in circles and found nothing. Took them ages trying to find it but came back empty handed. In many countries when the murder weapon isnt found the murderer walks free.

Although no weapon was found but cctv footage captured him holding the said weapon but it didnt say it captured the stabbing. I think prosecution is probably going to use the footage plus the testimony of the witnesses from his friends to prosecute him.

W/o the key evidence I doubt he will receive the capital punishment.

That's the intention to get prisoner death is just anytime.

Stabbed a man in the chest with a knife at a Compassvale Walk void deck in Sengkang on Aug 23, 2016

Punched the face of a 24-year-old woman at the now-defunct St James Power Station nightclub on Feb 23, 2017

Attacked two men, aged 30 and 32, with a cleaver on March 22, 2017 at a pavement outside Orchard Towers

Threatened a woman via a phone text message on June 2, 2019 with injury to another man by saying: “Wait u see Dickson kena (Malay term for being on the receiving end) stab” 

Punched a parking enforcement officer’s forearm along Nassim Road on July 1, 2019

Kicked the officer’s motorcycle and caused it to topple that same morning, incurring repair costs of S$380

Using deadly weapons causing hurt before and yet he wasn't locked up for a long time? I guess this time he won't be Hanging around to cause trouble....
