wouldn't the GPS blocked half the rear view when driving?

Its a compromise, you must sarcifice some space in the mirror for the GPS screen.

If use this, you always need to look up while adjusting it...quite distracting. Will it cause neck snore?

If buy a separate GPS maybe better cos its simply a separate device, and can taken out to use outside the car...

There are many models of this camera, latest has a car-cam integrated into it.

Everything can be integrated, but I won't be getting this mirror as it reduces the amount of visible reflection. Moreover, inputting things into the screen will push the mirror backwards, after some time the whole mirror is out of alignment and need to readjust again.

I hate it when my rear mirror is block, or has anything hanging on it cause is distracting.. ... So, I will never buy such stuff.. My wing and rear view mirror is damn important to me, not even like if people place large stuff (stupid soft toy, , etc..) at back platform and block my rear view...

It is more dangerous to view the driving directions by lookingup ttowards the mirror all the time, compared to a gps unit placed at the bottom of the windscreen. The screen size is also much smaller.

Especially so when you need to input something.

Best still stick to a stand alone gps device.
