Omega 6 and 9 can be easily obtained from daily food..

 

Omega 3 can be obtained from oily fish.. So if you eat little fish, then go for supplement

 

No specific brand, but you need to look at the content of the fish oil you are buying.. ratio of EPA:DHA.. normal ratio is 2-2.5:1

EPA for good heart and blood, DHA for good brain and eyes..

 

Btw, I am taking the GNC triple strength fish oil.. Going to try DHA 600.. see if i got any smarter..
