Wad he talk is true or maybe logical but from 10k to 250m with that age, u believe? How many Times the property price up and down much in his life? Can we leverage on property? Answer is No cos property has low return unless the market change drastically which bring much capital appreciation which only happen less than 5 times within 10 years. If Play stock or financial instrument still possible but very hard. Basically not everyone or almost no one can make 10k to 250m, after u have attended his talk, growing ur money from 10k tO 100k in 5 years mean good already
