Dunno for real or not?

Two Chinese temples in Hougang will be collaborating with the PAP Hougang grassroots organization under the charge of Mr Desmond Choo to offer free Teochew porridge to Hougang residents every Sunday morning.

Last Sunday, elderly residents of Hougang were treated to a splendid breakfast of Teochew porridge at Bao De Shan Temple (报德善堂) and more goodies are expected to be coming their way.

However, in an interview with a Chinese tabloid, Mr Choo insisted that the free porridge has nothing to do with the by-election:

Knowing these people.....

- The porridge bowl could be the size of a teacup

- The water to rice ratio is like 100:1

- The porridge is free but you must pay $5 to use their spoon

- You must pre-order in advance otherwise they wouldn't cook

- They have executive bowl featuring one extra piece of kiam chye but you must top up $10. After that, they discover got leftover kiam chye and lelong for $2.

The ysl has been exposed to be genuinely sincere in chasing skirts.

So do not be too sure about that hor. We have already been deeply disappointed by a ysl saga, can't afford to have another one hor be it corruption, lust, whatever. So choose properly this time please.

not my concern as i don't get to participate in the by election. All i can say is do not discount the efforts of a party that put in 20 years of sincerity and be swayed by porridge
