Goodyear Eagle EfficientGrip

Precisely... Good value for Made in Germany GY Efficientgrip in my opinion... a wee bit more than Made in Thailand PS3. Tyre prices set to go up even further... especially Japan made ones... 16" Bridgestone Potenza >$220 now...

And please do not skimp on tires... I've heard too many horror stories. I chose this over the cheaper alternatives because it was for my sister. I value family above money. Her previous Falken 912 was so horrible and noisy that after the change, the difference was like night and day, and I am serious.

Yes. Assurance Fuel Max is truly one of the good ones. I'm using it now. Very happy with it. Change my point of view towards Goodyear tyres thou I had bad times with their NCT 5. -_-

Hi MG,

care to how much you change you Assurance Fuel Max, and what size?

Changed to EfficientGrip for a month. Good performance in the dry and wet. And it is quiet and comfort even for my tyre size of 225/40/18.

Somemore tyre is made in Germany [thumbsup][thumbsup]

Hello,

Looking for some reviews for this tyre.

How does the Goodyear EfficientGrip rate in terms of grip and noise? Is it comparable to the likes of GR90 or CPC2 ?

I'm using it on my jazz gd1. 195/50/15. Quiet and cheap, made in deutschland. Don't think it is a performance tyre.

ic.. hows the grip?

I feel that having UHP tyre for normal commuting is abit overkill.

I'm not aggressive driver, so looking more for comfort but have enough grip for normal driving.

I am using it. Tyre is almost 50k km already still quiet (relatively), tyre thread is still very good.

Perfomance wise I had no complain, for a comfort bias tyre I will said it is very good..
