Thanks, tires have only clocked slightly over 18000km.

1cm from shoulder is considered as sidewall damage already? Had it plugged as I needed to get back to Singapore. [knife]

Will get a new pair after work later. [:(]

I kena a nail straight after changing tyres.. talking about suay-ness.. [:(]

mileage not even jump 1 km.. [bigcry] [bigcry]

Is it true that a tyre puncture with a nail and repair with plug type, after few months it started

to leak air and the same spot cannot be repaired again?

Actually was thinking to change all 4 tyres since already done 50,000km with it and coming to

4 years usage, but the thread still look pretty good probably can drive for another 10k.

4 year old tyre and you still thinking of repair and repair just to get more from it? change it lah....rubber do degrade after some years.....your life is more important than to get more mileage from the old tyre....

The most weir punctured ever happen to me are:

1. Punctured on the size with a 1 mm twigs

2. By a bunch of keys (the key chain have about 6 keys in it).

Small nail and screw are common if you drive in industrial areas.

Went to inspect the tyre after lunch and there is a bump around repaired area, just swapped it with the emergency tyre.

Underwear wet, office wear black. [sweatdrop]

Ordered 4 new pieces of tyres in the end, found another screw embed in the front tyre. :o

JB tyre shop burned melted the remaining exposed worm plug with a lighter flame after cutting off excess, never seen it being done before.
