Weed out the morally bankrupt people, no matter how much money they make for the firm. And get the culture right again, so people want to work here for the right reasons. Many would say to Greg. "Get real", they are there to make money off clients in 101 ways.

How many are there to "help" clients make money? Zero, most likely.
