For Big = $2k + $1k + $490 + 10 ($250) + 10 ($60) = $6,590

 

We are better off playing Roulette.

 

 

and to add on... the payout ratio of 4D for the top prize is $2000/10,000 combinations = 0.2

 

for Toto, it's $600,000/8m+ combinations (assuming not snow-balled) = less than 0.075

Both numbers have nothing to do with each other so the probability is exactly the same. And as another bro mentioned, milcq's theory is totally untrue. There's nothing preventing 3 digits in a row to happen. Every number is randomly picked individually, there's no relations between how each digit is selected, or how each set of numbers are selected. It has happened more than once, numbers with 4 of the same digits.

 

I just did some statistic check due to the amount of time i have on my hands...

its based on the number "1"

 

based on dates 22/02 till 14/03...

If i bought the number starting with "1" for all the 4D numbers during the period of time, the profit will be +2050.

2) Trains are not overweight lah. People are! Trains cannot slim down. Ppl can.

It's academic study means it would be mostly statistical and mathematical research. Michael Hui made a movie in the 1970s that has the final scene about betting on Macau greyhound racing. His method involves betting in both race club and bookie, causing the hot favourite odds to increase, by making a lousy dog the new hot favourite. The reality is the bookie will match his bets in the race club to balance the odds, so he needs to prevent the bookie from doing so -- for a 70s movie, the method was to cut the telephone wire.

 

Outside a movie, there are much more external factors, other people sold out on the same number etc. which are not predictable.

I believe after the investigation found the tracks being damaged by overloaded trains . Need to buy and operate many buses to compensate while rectifying the damages (like the temporary replacementd car insurers provided while accident damaged car under repair) .
