Maybe CSM is saying if can make the kind of investments Temasek makes, confirm can invest in poor?

CSM is taking about big picture and giving suggestions like reducing foreign worker dependency and looking for ways to help elderly and on education

 

He is about changing the current mindset -like economic productivity first.

 

Of course this vikram should get it since he is smart but it is really sad he choose to shoot down this cultural change ideal by taking like that -

 

opposing the oppo for oppo's sake - partisan politics at its most evil.

 

I am sure tomorrow vikram will say he was misquoted.
