i use to remember those yellow and black taxis

the old time use to tell me they can make $20K a month

because they can "corner"the market in certain location

eg around bars and etc

u need to work 30 day per month, 12 hr / day each hour must make $60. tat mean non stop pick up..... possible meh!?

20k is possible if the driver doubled up as pimp etc etc.... this happened in the old days... not sure about today present day drivers are more professional --- just drive passengers, pimping is left to the other type of professionals... no more one-leg-kick, nowadays they specialise and cant cross over or invade others' 'territories'??

Well....I should say half day shift....easily $100 per day.

If lucky certain days can $150(weekdays).

Weekends easily $150.

the avg earning should be about 2k plus. If work very hard can hit 3k plus.

Join those group kakis lobang... personal calls easily 5k a mth if merc cab and above.

Airport transfer to CBD area easily $50. Especially good from those who can claim ah gong $$ and doesn't wan to join q...

Or private calls from cooperate / hotels...additional incomes

 

Last time got regular contact.

CBD area during super peak, rather than waste 30 min calling cab or queuing up for 40mins in taxi Q,

Rather pay 8 - 15 for booking+meter than waste time.

Within 15mins can get or advance pre-book. Always merc, london cab etc...

Claim insurance hor, people hit your taxi, no dent then claim internal injury, you bang people deny all fault.
