How many of these paper generals are actually good. Most of them CMI. Pay them so much and deliver crap. Put one monkey there is better. At least I get some entertainment. I can say that at least lui tuck yew tried hard, but unfortunately he was hampered by the numerous incompetent people at LTA.

If base on mileage, transportation cost (for example, taxi fare, bus fare, courier service, logistic service, even those companies using their own truck to do delivery to store will have their cost increase) will increase and thus making almost everything to increase price. The best part is that it'll be implement with the GST increase. How wonderful is it?
