There is always a first time got it. How I don't know. But the law will not say, "ok. Since you don't iwill give chance". Unless the other party drop the case. You may wish to continue, if you don't beileve. Internet law is complicated and there is grey area. Until it happens to someone, no one believes. You do not to be the first. Not common in locally. I do agree.

I don't have the number at hand. Call the LTA hotline. There will be someone to handle your case. Just give them your particulars, and the plate number of the other vehicle and the time/location of the incident.

 

Have already called LTA twice to lodge reports. One for reckless, dangerous driving, revengeful overtaking and sudden e-braking, and tailgating, and the other for harassment and assault(called on behalf of trans-island bus driver).

 

By the way the reckless/dangerous/revengeful driver had a school boy in his car. Incident happened in a congested place with schools along the way. He even challenged and taunt his "victim". I don't know what is the outcome but I'm sure he's called up for interview and given a warning. Saw him driving on two other occasions after the complain but sooooo well-behaved on the road this time.

 

I will blow the whistle and be calling more often. Too many reckless and immature drivers endangering other road users (drivers/pedestrians). I look forward to more of these people losing their licence/vehicles/and their lives, as soon as possible.

 

Yes. This is a better way to let the law handle them instead for we act on our own, which is often not in our advantage .

Just call the LTA hotline. They do take action. I will be calling again soon to lodge a complain against a FT who speeds and rev his engine hard every morning and night at my neighbourhood. Other FTs have been complaining about him but did nothing. I will.

 

My place is full of old folks doing their morning and evening strolls. Some are on wheel chair. Occasionally there are children and people cycling or walking their dogs. There is even a day care centre next door. Will get LTA to increase the number of road humps along the road.

 

The last time my brother called in and action was immediately taken. So please help to call in to curb irresponsible drivers. The less we have of them the better for all.

This kinda bus driver causes accidents, especially to bikers!
