Israel has always been seen as a thorn in the flesh for the arab states.They are a warrior race having always had their ancestral home taken from them and being oppressed by other civilsations despite being the people of god. This is line with Israel's first strike stance they have taken for decades. Theirs is a matter of survival. Throughout the few Middle East wars they had with their neighbours either being provoked or taking preemptive strike, they had always managed to come up as victors though sometimes at a heavy price in terms of equipment and most importantly human lives. Granted that they never take threats lightly & will take uniltateral action if they deem fit, the whole world still hope that in this latest incident of Persians suspected of going nuclear militarily behind the scenes, they can still hold back for peaceful resolution to work. Of course critics will sneer at this and say by the time they finish talking the first salvoes may already be in the air.... Nobody has a ready answer how to come to a acceptable solution to all the Middle East problems principally between Israel and the rest of the Arab world and I fear based on all the bloodshed spilled on both sides throughout all this while, nothing can be done... I blame on the middle east for being so self centre. They already got oil & money. What else they want ? Just leave Israel alone. Perhaps its their culture/hobby of some sort.
