Intermittent car vibration during high speed

drive to local tyre shop to have all 4 wheels balanced.

this should be the first step to do.

The only way is elimination method, do the simple recommendation first.

I experienced steering wheel vibration on certain part of road on NS highway,

while driving at 110km. Could it be the road condition?

The strange thing is on my drive back to SG, no vibration at all, but it happen again when low speed move off when I'm in SG. Have change the plugs, no vibration till now.

 

I suspect the road condition at first, but when I release my gas pedal everytime it happen, I rule out the road condition.

When I remove my plugs, one of them appear to be cover with soot, I guess it misfire which is why it vibrates, hopefully thats it, heading up to Malacca this weekend again, will see how it goes.

like what bros here mentioned, its the drive shaft and its the whole long piece, not the CV joint. Bring it to elite drive shaft at sin ming and they should be able to repair it. Replacing it will be more ideal but its gonna costs a bomb

wheel balancing issue is felt at the wheel while drive shaft is at the butt or floor board.

But does it happen when you maintain speed?

 

if maintain speed, no problem.

only when accelerate.

That was what happened in my case - misfire due to carbon deposits on plugs. Hope your issue is resolved.
