I had the Lancer (SL)  back then in the same era but only had 5 speed , maybe the other one is just a button for Economy or maybe Overdrive;

nobody will buy. 19k , can buy a clean one overseas (or many other more interesting cars) and ship in + register and still save $$$.

The owner probably just needs a car to drive around. Don't even bother to get the right sized rims for the car. And the right sized tires for the rims. Even the bumper also never paint. I know some people like that. They don't really like cars at all. All they want is to have a mode of transport.
