I always find weird, if one say price competitive, shouldn't he should not raise the price so more motorist will go to pump from him? equal more business ma....

its a cartel...econs 101

rather than start a price war bw themselves and reduce their profit

they rather work hand in hand and maintain prices tgt...they attract you by small differences..eg cm service, location etc but not price

they can do that coz only 4 company..

Wonder if SPC did not up price by Monday, what will the rest do?

Dont think SPC would not up price, sooner or later SPC will up price.

I believe SPC management like to play "grab the last customer" game.

Let everyone raise their price for a couple of days, so many customers go to them instead during that period...and then raise the price to join the rest.

Is it really worth the while crossing over to fill up say 25 litres each time, assuming you are slightly below 3/4 mark and filling up RON97?

With each trip savings in the region of ten dollar plus, my take is it is not. Unless one is so daring as to fill up RON95 which is an banned for foreign vehicles or to enter with near empty tanks.

Heard my friend told me before not worth crossing over to fill, esp if you can only go on weekends and late night. Unless you are those who have off days on weekday, then maybe still worth since you cross over on a off peak afternoon.
