Rookie from Harvard and playing for NY Knicks.

Up and coming MVP? 38 points against Lakers, and also high scoring for past few games.

Sensational play I must say. ^_^

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) Jeremy Lin did it again.

Lin hit a free throw with 4.9 seconds left to overcome a dreadful second half and lift the New York Knicks to their fifth straight victory, 100-98, over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night.

Steve Novak scored 15 points, including the game-tying 3-pointer with 36 seconds to play and Lin used his quickness to draw a foul and get to the line in the closing seconds. He finished with 20 points, eight assists and six rebounds.

Lin had just five points on 1-for-13 shooting and four turnovers in the second half.

He once said when he was playing for Harvard in Ivy League college games, coaches won't be impressed seeing him play for only 5 mins... He is not the highest jumper, the fastest runner. He is not that kind of razzle dazzle flashy sort of player. His game is born from intelligence rather than athleticism.

It is amazing this guy who has asian roots, came out of nowhere and lifted NYK up single handedly! Lucky for NYK to pick up this gem. Hope he can substain his drive.

Born and breed in America. Stop calling him Taiwanese. It's like calling a Singaporean, a Chinese, Indian, Indonesian or Taiwanese. Would you like it ?

Don't need to be so defensive. The point here is that he is great player and makes Asians proud. Anyway, can't deny his roots is Taiwanese ma. Just saying. [;)]

Caught a glimpse on him on taiwan news. He's fast and nimbles.

Hope he doesn't have this Yao Ming curse(injuries).Anyway,I find Yao Ming abit overrated.

Lin at least much more yandao than Yao Ming. More commerial potential.
