These syndicates have been there for so long & only now they get caught. I believe police already know about these activites but only took action possibly b'cos

1. Wife/Girlfriend found out about their partner's ECA & reported them

2. Some customers 'beh song' service provided & complain to authorities

Anything that gahmen dont profit from is illegal, the legal brothel is cleaner is pure b*s***. STDs and HIV will skip legal brothel?
