Next visit will test again, any degradation observed will try medication. The cny and my uncle's recent cremation, my cousins and her siblings all bit shocked by the difference. Tbh, meds don't seem to be helping. She's worse this year compared to when she started meds. My moms in a far worse situation ... first was hallucinations initially...... delirium....... then total dementia .... all faculties off mode (speech/hearing/sight/sound) occassionally she will talk but its all gibberish.... besides she is on so called "home palliative comfort care" .....
