After retirement....

Play

Mahjong, Chess, poker, sodoku etc... Stimulate and use the brain....

Join line dancing club etc, keep physically active.

More active ones can go jogging or walking, PCN leisure cycling.

Take care of grandchildren, fetch to school and home, as it's a form of commitment and daily routine, keeps mind occupied.

Learn a new instrument or continue with an instrument already trained, learn a new song every month.

Like that might as well continue working. 😂 No wonder i see many people even past 70s still go work, esp those working as office job.

I do data analytics projects when I am bored. Usually build Tableau dashboards to find insights from data.

Quite fun, but not sure if I overworked my brain instead.

I also play chess with the computer sometimes when I got stuck with Tableau or SQL 😆

Just do it if it's only fun.....

If it became stressful....and cortisol spike then not so good😂

Can even get depressed if kept losing the chess to CPU 😅

Then need to reduce the level of difficulty.
