there is a huge yellow box right outside the exit where there's a fire station and the traffic light is very also very near to the station, so many cars tends to stop inside the yellow box when red light.

 

Also the exit of the carpark cannot turn right and many cars do illegal turns there.

yes there are tons of modded cars here and many super cars driving around breaking the speed limits.

 

imagine my car's shock alarm can be activated at least 3 times in half hour due to the loud exhaust passing by my car.... yes, they are loud...

 

so i usually off my alarm when i park in the office

hahaha, u should see the way they run to the cars when they spotted someone made an illegal turn or stopped in the yellow box.
