Aventador 6th Gear January 30, 2012 Share January 30, 2012 1) Yan Ting - St Regis. Nice cosy ambience, food ok 2) Hua Ting - Orchard Hotel. LKY goes here. Food good 3) Shang Palace - Shangri-la. Food quite good. 4) Summer Palace - Regent Hotel. Excellent food 5) Imperial Treasure @ Marina Bay Sands. Food is ok, restaurant not very big , but the location makes up for it. Most impressive location of all for oversea guest.
Watwheels Supersonic January 30, 2012 Share January 30, 2012 I recommend Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant (Carlton Hotel), nice place and food is good. If you dun mind Peranakan cuisine I recommend True Blue Cuisine at Armenian street next to Peranakan museum. This one like dining in some rich Peranakan's old house, very unique place, fine dining prices. Make reservations if going on weekend.
Sabbie Clutched January 30, 2012 Share January 30, 2012 Go RWS and eat Sultan Fish....one fish $3000.....shoik..... today I went Peach Garden...also not bad la...$1350....
Tuna_seng Clutched January 30, 2012 Share January 30, 2012 (edited) The usual suspects lor: Hua Ting at Orchard Hotel Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Lei Garden at CHIJMES Jiang Nan Chun at Four Seasons Li Bai at Sheraton Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pac. All are tried and tested for many years already by Singaporeans and foreigners alike for business as well as leisure meals and the standard still there. Then there are newer ones like Imperial Treasure at MBS, Imperial Treasure Peking Duck at Asia Square, etc.... Ok only lah. I still return to the classic fine dining chinese restaurants. Corgan Neutral Newbie January 30, 2012 Share January 30, 2012 Jin Shan Lou @ MBS They have private rooms which are very well decorated and the service is good (considering the price you are going to pay) Food is very good as well. Ask for their special dishes (ie. shark fin in stone pot with shanghai xiao mi, tian xia di yi zhou) Went there twice for dinner with clients, they loved the place and food.
