I got 40k in OA 14k in SA and 28K in MA and i cant do a s--t

if u have cash, try to buy some condo if the price is right, then use CPF to pay for installment

bro, fully paid yes, but when u decide to sell and get new place, be good times or bad times, it is always in tandem. So to really make $, you must hold ur current unit during bad times and at same time buy a new but cheap unit. But even a studio apart in bad times cost abt 300-400K, 20% downpayment also not enough.

how old are you, and how come you got so little in your SA? if your hdb is fully paid up, you never use cpf for it? then you are champion.....no need to complain
