Salary not that high

Can earn commission from sales

Customer very keen to buy big ticket item

Through inexplicabe reasons, worker dilly dally and never follow up with customer

Customer sian by 1/2.... sales lost

 

Local worker by the way. <_<

Interestingly enough, it is an ex-car salesman. Must be bad habit fom previous industry [:p]

How much is comission? Compared to basic.

How much work involved?

How sure you are that customer will bite?

Is company culture and supervisor good? Any bad blood?

[laugh]

some pple really have work ethic which no one can understand why: customers try to 'help' him by giving some him business, but he doesnt perform simple things like starting work / delivering goods on time.... the deadlines are not tight for a start!! after screwing things up, still tell c--k n bull stories..... instead of taking public transport to cut costs, he chooses to take taxi from Yio Chu Kang to Tuas..... when there's no need to rush (his business volume is low, lots of free time)... how to help such people?? :o

i understand how you feel.

 

ever seen a company give you ISO Cert with no ISO registration number??? :o that is in singapore you know.
