Hi guys,

I would like to check if you have any experience of buying Panerai in Milan or Paris?

Understand the tax rebate is about 12.5%. I also got the list price somewhere from the internet.

Can you share your experience? Like which AD? Any further discount?

Things to take note?

Tks!

Wow.....is it even cheaper to fly there just to get the watch? Meaning the air tickets cost less then the potential discount!

If so, then I will also want to know the answer.

i am sure he will appear here soon anyway lol

Sorry, I didn't buy my watch in Paris or Milan so can't comment much. Bought mine in Switzerland, savings would come from VAT and exchange difference (depends, could be loss).

I saw my same model in Amsterdam, it was slightly cheaper after VAT and conversion. I can't remember the exact rate but it seems like I could get higher VAT rebate in Amsterdam than in Switzerland...

Tks bro! Which brand and model did u bought?

I bought the PAM 311 and PAM 159 at a shop in Florence.

Frankly if you see the watch you like in the shop and you think the price is ok for you just get it, the difference in price between the countries is not that material and more importantly, you may not find the same model in another shop. Most of the shops only carry a few pieces of Panerai, so whether you can find the piece you want also depends on luck.
