TP's new hide & seek spots??

For a about 2 weeks i have spotted a TP WRX + bike parked (with lights on) behind portable road barriers (those white/orange ones we see during roadwork) near the top of the CTE flyover (toward city) over Jalan Toa Payoh.... morning peak and even peak hours,

 

Maybe after all its not hide & seek, coz their roof blinker lights were turned on, everyone can see them 600m away.

 

They need to take a nap or scratch between their thighs??

 

why bike + WRX, two is more fun than one??

OIC.... so when a fast car zooms pass exceeding the speed limit, the WRX can choose to click the radar gun, or if it needs some fun, send the bike to do a quarter mile and chase/catch the speeder!! ...........
