i have the ipod cable sticking out of the alpine unit. can i buy 1 converter from ipod to usb?

 

i have songs in my thumbdrive and i dont wish to get a ipod to store in my car.

From Alpine.. if orlando there is a usb port for thumbdrive to connect .
