Fcw75 Hypersonic December 23, 2011 Author Share December 23, 2011 They already did. Taken from Yahoo: Mike Krumboltz reports: It was the monitor toss seen 'round the world. FedEx has responded to a viral video that showed one of the company's drivers throwing a (now broken) computer monitor over a fence. The statement reads: The situation has now been resolved to the customer's satisfaction, and we are handling the employee according to our disciplinary policies...While we continue to be surprised about the behavior shown, we know this is an aberration and is not reflective of the outstanding FedEx customer service that makes us proud around the world. "I want you to know that I was upset, embarrassed, and very sorry for our customer
Ender Hypersonic December 23, 2011 Share December 23, 2011 I thought it's SOP to get the recipient to sign a DO or something? courier don't simply leave the item or throw things over without getting a recipient signature.

DHL = Delivery Halfway, Lost TNT = Take N Throw DPEX = Dont Pay EXtra so far none for singpost? i'm equally fed up with them.. last month applied a credit card with credit line.. the bank sent the card, check book, secret pins in separate letters on different days. guess what, all got delivered to my different neighbours. lucky i have kept good relationship with them.. all returned to me intact except for a supplementary card.. have contacted the bank to block it and resend. complained singpost but so far no response.. damn
