Had anyone caught a "Notice Of Parking Offence" reason is "parking against white line"?

In case you didn't know, no parking is allowed on a continous single white line in the centre.

unless private estate area which i see is generally the best example for such parking n not getting fine.

yah.. I kena once earlier this month by Cisco police. I was parking my car in the private housing estate opp Thomson Plaza to go s--t.. I was away for like 20 mins only.
