Any price information? The price listed on website was 11200yen = SGD128. Not cheap... That's why I was wondering if it can be found on the chinese websites. Probably made in china anyway. I really like it though.

I can only compare to my previous Subbie. NVH Noise level is noticeable compare to my scrapped 9 years old Legacy, but it is well acceptable, noise mainly from the CVT. Vibration is very very minimum, as usual this is the plus point of the Boxer engine, no complaint. Handling, despite higher ground clearance, but the AWD perform as good as other family members, some body roll is expected due to the height, but it is well planted on the tarmac! Performance Underpower engine and output is expected, pickup is sluggish and slow but it goes smoothly and live up around 3k rpm, once you maintain 80-90 speed limit, it will become decent and steady drive, RPM maintain 1.5k. Accessories Though I'm not an ICE person, but I'm seriously considering to upgrade the audio, the stock audio is very very basic. Fuel Consumption Well, so far so good, the first 300km clock average 12.5km/L (50/50) pretty good for me. will go for 1k service soon perhaps next week. Aircon Very good and efficient, despite no rear aircon, my baby sleep soundly, and wife has no complaint so far. Surprise/bonus Didn't realise it come with Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), I was worried about this because XV only come with repair kit, no spare tyre. Planning to install the aftermarket TPMS initially, and surprise when I collect the car after SE go through the checklist and features. Features Auto start stop functioning well, there is information recorded how long you have activated the start stop, and I clocked about 25min for the first 300km. Not sure how much of the saving of the 25mins of stop engine, but is good to know. Air Pressure The recommended air pressure is 220kpa front 210kpa rear for 3 occupants and small items at boot. I adjusted the next day of collection because it is quite common that when you collect the car may not have the right pressure, be it over or under. These are the items that I can think of for 3 days of owndership :) On 2/17/2015 at 3:05 AM, Hobbes187 said: The price listed on website was 11200yen = SGD128. Not cheap... I didn't know it's there too. Do you mean speakers or HU is basic? I totally agree the stock HU is not fantastic that's why i got MI to upgrade for me too. Can consider going for touch screen with reverse sensor and navigation.

Rainyday 2nd Gear February 26, 2015 Share February 26, 2015 Just went for 1k service, so far so good, no complaint. Also opt for the sound deadening $290 before GST. Can be offset by DUO point if you want. Since I opt for DA, also just received the $108 worth of cash card!

Anyway can post your review of whether the sound deadening works and what they did? Seems like MI offer services other ADs don't do. How long did the installation take? Rainyday 2nd Gear February 26, 2015 Share February 26, 2015 Direct Asia. I didn't feel any significant improvement, so it is up to individual whether you want to opt for the deadening :) Most of the agent offer this so call sound proof as well as anti-rust package, the material spray on the undercarriage. Ok. I thought it was sound proofing in the doors and cabins. The undercarriage one i did in one of my previous cars and it didn't help that much. But if its free with duo points then why not...
Ruennchai 1st Gear February 26, 2015 Share February 26, 2015 Hi guys, Just to share with you my experience with my XV 1.6. I collected the car on 5th April 2012, almost 3 years from now. 1. Fuel consumption: You can easily get lower than 8L/100km for smooth traffic driving in sg. But if traffic is bad, it can go up to about 10L/100km. My average for >20000km is about 9L/100km. (i drive from my to sg everyday, morning custom jam....) 2. Tyre: The stock tyre lasted for 83000km for me, which i think is very very good. Changed to Bridgestone Turanza GR100 last year, can't tell the difference. Cost me about SGD1130 include alignment, balancing.. did it in motorimage. 3. Battery: Died on 77000km which is about 2 yr 3mth, changed to a new one cost about SGD 260. After driving it for so long, no complaint. I like it, good looking, good handling, really feel "confidence in motion"... especially when drive through those big puddles during heavy rain. Getting more and more XV on the road! especially in Msia. Enjoy driving!! RC

This one much better, maybe thats why it sold faster too. http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=441916&DL=1277 Dealers usually bid in the last 60 min. More intense in the last 15 min... Yeah i think they do sell without coe. Not sure of price though. I bid for Company before, up to 200 one shot. All in last 5-15 mins. If not for scared network slow, would be last 1 min. Every revision, IIRC have to pay bank $10 per COE. So to save that few hundred dollars, only bid once at last possible timing.
