Possible.. A drastic dekit.. But OMV says otherwise leh.. I guess the STI on logcard is a typo error.. Or maybe doctored?

 

Now electronic log cards, difficult to doctor. However, car was registered in 2004. Don't know if that year was electronic or still paper log cards.
