I only know him as a gentleman. Back then, he was a Major. I think a DY appointment..

Forgot to add- we were like little kids in the same court with them, size wise (altho we were quite toned as ops coy)

Fellow bros,

 

Chill.

 

Regardless of what service you are serving as now or served as during active time, as a NSF/NSmen or already MR, I consider we are all band of brothers so try not to deride each other or have confrontational stances.

 

No matter if you were/are a storemen, tankee or a SOF trooper, we are all doing our tiny part to the defence of this little red dot and that is a commendable effort that civilians and foreigners should appreciate ( I hope they do).

 

A little bit of rivalry especially amongst elite troops like CDOs, GDs or DIVERs is fine and frankly is good so that each will try their best to be the BEST.

the only thing i remember from my time was during daytime.. where the heck is everybody??? never see anyone until lunchtime... then after lunch all disappear again... i do remember one time i walked past the squash courts during SOF selection... heard alot of piak piak sounds but everything covered up i dun dare to peep

I am also ranger trained. 35th batch. Lone ranger.
