Issue with Starhub on 6 Dec night?

not sure if anyone having the same issue as i am now...

 

the helpdesk is HOPELESS.

was put on hold for over 30 minutes and still not spoken to a human yet.

 

problem:

1. some websites not accessible, such as mcf. others like facebook and yahoo mail are ok.

(i am connected using m1 mobile broadband now.. which is pathetic cos of my area.. at least still able to surf simple websites)

2. phones all not working. the modem having orange blinking lights on the 'lines'

 

checked already.. not likely hardware cos i have 2 motorola modems.. dun tell me both spoilt??

even so, why websites like facebook and yahoo email all ok.

i even turned off firewalls.. sites like mcf still not accessible :angry:

 

anyone having the same issues?
