Stingerquek Clutched December 5, 2011 Share December 5, 2011 Been there last Saturday, about 90% shop open liao. Few under renovation eg. Polo Ralph Lauren,Tommy Hilfiger,Versace.... Had visited the factory outlet located at Las Vegas and Tokyo and the oneat Johor I must said had meet the expection; Not bad at all. Quite pack as I went on Saturday, ppl are q-ing to go into Burberry & Coach so no chance to see how cheap the price but manage to get 2 pairs of Jeans from Levis at RM$138 for the first pair and 50% off for the 2nd.Will revisit there b4 CNY to buy more new year clothing. Although very crowded but still ok as the whole area there is big,you don't feel as pack as in Vivo City or Nex;Carpark also very big .IMO: Should be safe as there is a police post near the entrance.Good place to spend a whole afternon there. ↡ Advertisement

Stingerquek Clutched December 5, 2011 Author Share December 5, 2011 Can't recall liao as my last trip to the U.S was 6-7 yrs ago........But for me, I feel that the price at Puma,Levis, Nike,Lacoste ok la.The rest looks expensive to me but anyway I also don't always go shopping in Mall so hard to call.... Ghostrider 3rd Gear December 14, 2011 Share December 14, 2011 (edited) Heard many went there with disappointment. Also nearby anything else to shop? How cheap then people will consider it as cheap is the question. Maybe pple thinking can get a Burberry wallet at $30-50 SGD ? Be realistic. Usually when things are dirt cheap....its usually rejected goods...but not that serious ones. In US, I have seen Converse canvas shoes selling for US$5 a pair...the labels are removed (inside the shoe) and the defect is just some minor sitching issues. Puma Polo T for under US$10....also the labels are removed. Edited December 14, 2011 by Ghostrider

Rainman 1st Gear December 14, 2011 Share December 14, 2011 Are the pricing "comparable" to the US outlets? Because I remember the press mentioning otherwise. US coach is really cheap, but mostly models already out of the shelves. A regular ladies bag is only around 80 to 100+USD. Farking cheap. I bought 10 over bags and a couple of polo ralph back from Americana, the rest of the outlets price is 2-3 times higher, not worth it.

Hiphiphoray 6th Gear December 14, 2011 Share December 14, 2011 Totally agree. My wife always come back from the US business trip with 1-2 brand new Coach Bag. Their outlets are all over the place over there and damn cheap. And you know what always happen in spore. Often got strangers (mostly ladies) come up and want to buy her Coach bag. Apparently Spore is not only selling them much more expensive, its also way way behind in the latest designs. US coach is really cheap, but mostly models already out of the shelves.
