Backstabbing at workplace: R you a victim?

I have never ever backstab anyone but have been backstabbed both by higher ups and subordinates. 
One example was being retrenched in Dec 2015 despite leading the biggest team in dollar revenue and size against comparables.   

such is the world . Just take it and continue to maintain your integrity.

Importantly,  I realise i actually get stronger everytime contrary to what  backstabbers think.  🤣 so it's ok to be backstabbed .....no big deal.

Can some people share how they back stab their colleagues and subordinates? 

I want to learn from the real pros here. 

Please don't be so humble and pretend you never do hor. 

So many people claim got back stabbed so there must be a lot of back stabbing done.

I got stabbed after working more than 2 decades as a loyal subject. The kings listen that is why the eunuch and concubine dare to stab. But hor, it was a blessing as I woke up to realise I have been living in that well too long to realise the kings were tired of seeing this old guy. So what you thought may not be what others are thinking. What you don't like, don't do on others. Protect yourself.
