Twinturbo Neutral Newbie December 4, 2011 Share December 4, 2011 Just make police report and insurance report. The case will be transferred to TP for investigation. It is offense to hit and run. TP will inform you of progress. Don't let a$$holes like this get away.

If no family members have license, then can sell or scrap the car opening up 1 extra COE quota. If charged and go prison then 1 extra job opening for others. Drivers lacking ethics is better to be off the road. Such accident also run, what happened if he/she hit a human being?

Really disappointing. What can our Man-in-blue do these days? Anyway, is the driver is drunk. Insurance will not pay. Owner will still have to pay his own repair. LPPL

Even if I have to pay for my car's repair, I will be happy to see him hear that his license revoked and go prison.

If you not at fault, your NCD not affected. Is the same across many insurers.

Regardless driver drunken state or otherwise, I will do what you will do under such circumstances. Would be glad just to get rid of such drivers on our roads. Z_Dash Clutched December 16, 2011 Share December 16, 2011 Given your friend's mom remembering it as a black mitsubishi......it shouldn't be too difficult to trace these 2 cars down. Do put such drivers off the roads if really case of drink driving.
