Don't have an in-built meter, so I use an Android app called aCar (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.zonewalker.acar - the joke is, if you download this app, you're downloading a Car). Im driving FL06 M/T, even if I were to change gear at 4.5k to 5k rpm at traffic light junction. I could still easily hit 13km/L... never 'achieve" something like 10.5km/L .
