Honda Service Advisor

Guys,

 

Do you have any Honda service advisor to recommend, who is knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't want to say my current is not good but I prefer one who listens and understand the issues of the car and take some effort to solving the issue rather.

 

Pls advice.

I always follow my colleague (So that to send him back office) when he send his Honda civic to Leng Kee service centre, He only look for one particular service advisor, his name is Michael. He always listen to my colleague's complaints. Personally I find that he is not bad from the way he handle my colleague. Hope this helps.

Went to leng kee but my current seems to be cold and not confident of him

Do u have his contact number or maybe I can call him with your colleague as my refferal. I went for my 40k servicing a month back and recently I went to a shop to do a patch on my tyre. I was informed that my inner tyre have worn out. Quite surprise i was not informed by the SA when they did my tyre rotation.

 

Each time I shared my issue with him he ended up saying that "so far it's ok" really disappointed when I here this from him

actually does it matter which service advisor they assigned to your car since the technicians are the one fixing it based on the package list? the other day KM called and asked me to look for Eric in Ubi for some discount on servicin.
