A rise of between 2-5k for Cat A, B & E can be expected this round. The confluence of year end bonuses, CNY and the impending COE cut annoucement in Feb 12 will mean that aggressive COE bidding will be sustained till backlog is cleared (hopefully) somewhere in 2nd round Feb or Mar 12.

New car sales have decline substantially in general equals to increase in marketing.
