wonder why our Gov still hesitate to come out with the usual tactics.... FINE!!!! FINE!!!! FINE!!!! anyone who jump reservoir, FINE 100K! See anyone still dare to jump or not! Knn.... really buay tong these bast*rd, jump overhead bridge, jump HDB, jump MRT track, jump reservoir....want to die also must cause problem to others....Why cant they just jump to the sea? or buy $10 diesel, find a deserted place in LCK and burn themself?

what they should do is:

 

like designating Hong Lim Park as speaker's corner, designate a place as suicider's corner..... let them jump.. and charge a fee before they jump :D

when one jump down, it's either u die from the injury or drown and to make sure its a success, just dive with head down first... sure die.... [laugh]

SINGAPORE - A highly decomposed body of a man was found at Pandan Reservoir this morning, reported the Lianhe Wanbao.

 

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call at about 9.10am informing them that a body had been found in the reservoir.

 

Officers got to the scene and pronounced the man dead at about 9.17am.

 

According to the Chinese daily, the man has been identified as a 30-year-old Chinese national.

 

Based on the state of decomposition, the body is believed to have been undiscovered for several days.

 

He was found floating face-down by a PUB staff who was conducting checks around the area.

 

The deceased was wearing an orange coloured T-shirt and jeans.

 

Police are still investigating the case. Members of the public who have any information that can assist the police should call 1800-2550000.

 

This is the most recent case in a spate of deaths discovered at Bedok Reservoir.

 

Six bodies have been recovered since June this year, the last being the body of a Chinese man found on Nov 5.

I think the prayers are to let those souls rest in peace rather than to prevent another incident from happening.

Actually prayer is an solemn act and should/will also include praying for those who are alive that they will not see any more dealth at the reserviors..... or none should end their life this way [:(]

then before this can be ok by the gahmen,

MOE will do a study to check the impacts of dead bodies on wildlife (fish)....

and STB will do a survey on tourists' views on floating bodies,

PSA will check if the ships achored nearby will be affected,

Coast Guard will study whether they need to increase patrol,

RSAF will want to know if their pilots will be distracted by F bodies.....

Schools will check whether enough students will voluteer in Clean Up Our Beaches campaign....

 

my frens who fish there FOC will be anxious to know if there will be a turnsite to collect payment before anyone can enter the jetty :o

 

ah tiongs will want to know group buy will get discount for the tickets?

simple calculation shows that based on the total number of water tanks in sgp, and he charges minimum $1000 for each tank... his network will go up 1% per month.... :D

thats y must be control mah.... just barricate up the water and once the suisider dead liao just bring a hook them up b4 it rot and eaten by fishes... otherwise, the gov collect the tax for what? collect money liao must do something mah [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]
