After 33Kkm, I think that my brake rotor disc is warpped (New set of tyres with balancing and allignment). Steering vibrant during high speed. Has anyone claim it under warranty from PI workshop? I claimed before from Honda AD during warranty period. From AD, normally they just change a new set of disc. I am not sure how easy to claim from PI's workshop. My PI workshop is Spark Care Centre. Maybe PI's workshop just do the skimming? Thx in adv for sharing.

consider you lucky..warp only at 33km.

mi warp at 10km,ad on phone refused to replace,

so i drived down and show them, they replaced it without charges.

now at 17km it show sign of warping again!

decided not to waste time, will change to aftermarke rotor.

Are you sure? I service with Borneo since day one. Front pair and left pair of brake pads, they want to charge me for changing. In the end i went outside to change using original parts from stockist. Warranty not affected.

2nd time you mention pads... erm.. rotor and pads are different... pads confirm wear n tear... if not, how you brake? lol

My bet is since you have new rims and tyres, check whether did they put in ring hub for you. If they had, check whether is it within tight fit. Most tyre shops should be able to give you advise on this. Hope this helps TS.

TS never mention when brake it vibrate. TS mentioned when above 100, it vibrate like hell, did I read wrongly?

Quote ".... (New set of tyres with balancing and allignment). Steering vibrant during high speed. ...."

TS ever mentioned it vibrate after changed rims and tyres - focus the problem from last mod.

Not everytime wheels vibrate, then conclude its the rotor. By the way, rotor doesn't deform so easily, especially when it only clocked 33,000 km. My 3 previous rides clocked >100,000 km, never experience such issue.

All the posts above were focus on braking issue, but TS never mention about braking. Unless TS has typo error, that's a different story already.
