Hi guys,

Car's due for a tyre change, currently using stock Goodyear Duragrip.

Shop recommended Yokohama Earth-1, what do you guys thing about this tyre?

Another model I'm considering is Michelin XM2.

Earth-1 is a little pricey, $150 each for 195/55/R15.

Just changed mine to earth1 2 months back, 185/65/r15 $115 nett each at soh bros.

Feelings is it is quite light, good for pickup but bad for handling as it made my steering too light, this is just my butt feel.

How is its noise and comfort level?

Can't find information on thread-wear, traction and temperature on Earth-1, checked the tyre physically at Autobacs and its not printed.

Checked with 2 tyre shops and Earth-1 is more expensive than XM2, did not check price for Ecopia.

Due to high Japanese Yens,Yokohama tyres will costs more than Michelin tyres[weak Euro].
