..I am driving same year Epica as urs (July '10).. yes due to the high coe and if u want to cash in, it is a gd time to sell it but I have no intention to do so bcoz

(1.) FC 10.8 to 11.2 kml

(2.) Driving into Msia with less worry as compared to driving a Jap car

(3.) In-line 6

(4.) 6 speed AT

(5.) Spacious interior

..if the diesel 4 pots Epica Taxies causes you to dump d Epica now, possibly next year or the year after, a new Epica model would be coming out...maybe hold on a little longer than we both trade-in our 2010 Epica for this one? http://carsspyphotos.net/2012-chevrolet-ep...tted-in-europe/

wish that the new one also has inline 6 with fuel efficient light turbo...... [:)]

Well, you can cash in providing you are not buying another one.

In the end, the price run up for your epica may be smaller than that of nissan.

Mainstream offer always run faster and higher compare to other makes.

At current rate, it is better to keep and just drive if you are using it as a transport mode unless into cars.... power..look..etc.

Epica may be an inline6 but it lacks the power of one especially it produces lower power than an i4.

I also don't understand why so.... perhaps they lack in those vvti...vtec...cvvt...blah blah... technology.

My opinion....

Correct, no point to sell if you intend to buy another car. If you are already driving a car, might as well continue driving it and make more sense to spend some money for replacement on wear & tear.

The estate is a good and practical car, the Malibu is an attractive car......hard to decide right :)

Think epica resale is quite terok. If i am one looking for such car, i will go for the 08 or 09 ones. Substantially cheaper than the 2010 ones which i heard (not too sure) got some features removed and a high coe.
